Try A Detox Recipe

One detox recipe you should try is cucumber salad with many healing properties. This Cucumber is for gut health and even helped me slim down and loose a few pounds.

Ingredients:


—7qt plastic Bucket
—6+ seedless Cucumbers
—1 large Jar of Pickles
—1 tbsp of Minced Garlic
—Chopped onions & celery
—Spinach (optional)
—green olive juice

—1/2 cup of White Vinegar
—0.5 gallon of Water
—1 squeeze of lemon or lime (optional)

Directions:

Step 1-Prepare juice
Combine 1/2 cups of the vinegar, 0.5 gallon water, fill the bucket with pickle juice to 3/4 and open your jar of green olives to pour all the juice in the 7qt bucket.
Step 3- Prepare Salad. Add the chopped onion & celeries and some spinach. Start Peeling and slicing Cucumber in thin pieces. Add them to the bucket.
Step 4- Finish Overnight. Let the the food soak in the fridge for 12-24 hours.

What is a GMO?

Rarely do you hear about GMO’s because they are not often mentioned in society. The term “GMO” is an abbreviation for Genetically Modified Organisms which are products that have had specific changes introduced in their DNA using methods of genetic engineering. In other words, they are when organism’s genes are different then where they came from. For example, When a fruit somehow survives a drought or an apple grows a different color. To create a genetically modified organism you must inject the chemicals into an organism to alter its DNA to obtain some characteristic. GMO’s come with some health risks because they are not natural and they contain artificial chemicals and flavoring I think should not be consumed.

During genetic engineering they dose all the cells with an Anti-biotic in order for the organism to survive the process, if we get to much of this in your system you can develop a resistance to the pharmaceutical Antibiotics when you really need them to work. Choosing the GMO option over organic at the supermarket do come with additional health problems like brand new allergic reactions and possible uncommon health conditions. It’s predictability is difficult to identify immediately the series of issues you’d receive because DNA is so complex.
